High Pressure Safety Valves Type 06810, 06815, 06820
Now for pressures up to 550 bar
The standard safety valve for gases and vapours that prevents an impermissible increase of pressure in the pressure bearing vessels by diverting the media into the atmosphere or piping manifolds, is now also suitable for higher pressures. The safety valve 06810.06 with d0= 6 mm has been developed for the response pressure range up to 550 bar-g. The safety valve is available with a cast metal body as well as with a body made of solid material for the pressure range of 300 up to 550 bar-g.
Application:
CNG, argon (450 bar-g) bottling, nitrogen (410 bar-g), oxygen, hydrogen (550 bar-g), helium (380 bar-g), oxygen (550 bar-g), inert gases (411 bar-g)

For quick repair work
In case of failure of the CombiPressure- Regulator or check unit, the valve permits a safe and quick repair on the regulator without having to interrupt the process and take the system out of operation.
Application:
The valve is a supplement for all HEROSE pressure build-up regulators and is especially suitable for the use of air gases, vapours and cryogenic gases and their gas mixtures in cryogenic tank facilities (cold converter) at temperatures from – 196° to +60° C.

Free of charge for customers
VALVIO – Size your Valve, HEROSE sizing software free of charge, assists customers in the calculation and selection of safety valves. In addition to the HEROSE safety valves, valves from LORCH are also included. The software is intended for EPC customers, technical end users, field employees and HEROSE partners as well as factory representatives. VALVIO does not only permit a quick sizing of the matching safety valve, the program can also be used for the calculation of supply and discharge pipes to a safety valve.
